Integrated production across divisions
Cored wire division
Multiple production lines spanning 10+ cored wire grades — calcium silicide, calcium iron, ferro titanium, ferro boron and more — for precise ladle metallurgy.
Flux cored wire division
A dedicated welding-consumables facility scaled to 3,600 TPA across seven grades of carbon steel, stainless and hardfacing wire.
Aluminium division
Aluminium wire rod and flipping coil production serving deoxidation and downstream applications, including export markets.
Equipment assembly
In-house wire feeder machine build, so customers can deploy cored-wire injection reliably at their own melt shops.
